What was the issue in case someone in the future has a similar problem?

 

please dont laugh at me too hard, but one time on mine i put the front axle too far in-i didnt know you could do that but my wheel was all out of alignment.

 

I layed my bike down at the end of last season... And just recently i put her back together and i noticed my top part of my handle bars wasnt align...

So to fixed my issue i had to loosen the first top bolt on both side of my forks and straighten everything out..while keeping my tire aligned as well.then tighten it all back together...
