Default Motorcycle shipping

I wasn't really sure where to post this and the motorcycle in question is an f4i but if this is in the wrong place, mods please move. Ok here it goes.

I'm deployed at the moment and will be coming home in 3 months. I'm originally from Ohio but am stationed in Ft. Hood Tx. I'm going to be taking some leave with my Wife and daughter when i get back. We plan on going to back to Ohio to visit family. Now my bike (05 f4i) is at my parents house. Now i would just ride it back to Texas but my wife is pregnant and wants me to drive the car. So I'm wanting to get the motorcycle shipped back to Texas from Ohio. Now I've checked out uhaul for trailors but the money I would be paying for the uhaul rent is almost the same as paying someone to ship it in an enclosed trailor. So my question is does anybody have experience shipping a motorcycle? And are there any companies you recommend? Thanks

JC motorcycle transport... Just empty the tank & they will do the rest. Cost me $700 shipping bike from Ohio to California. Insured.

There maybe some other company that's cheaper? But JC is pretty well known. They call me 1/2 hr before showing up. Bike was secured inside enclosed ATLAS trailer. All they do is auto & motorcycles...

Check this site out. You can actually bid out the shipping now to save money.
And yes I have watched the show... Once haha. That's how I found out about the site.
