More Aggressive 02 F4i
So I would like a more aggressive position and steering through corners. My 02 F4i has a PCIII, Two Bros Carbon slip on, K&N filter as far as performance parts. Is it worth it to try and make some mods to my bike to make it a more aggressive machine or should I look to moving to a different bike? The bike has all the nice trimmings to make it look the way I like it but want a little more cornering performance and feel. I will be doing some track days as well and I have heard the F4i is a good bike for the track.
So questions:
If I were to do the "R6 clip on conversion" lower, wider and then drop the front end on the fork stachions would this be effective in achieving what I want.
If I do this is there any other adjustments I need to make elsewhere on the bike ie rear suspension, front preload, rebound etc.
(I would assume with a more forward bike angle some compression settings in the fork might need changing to deal with higher loads under breaking)
Thoughts please

RE: More Aggressive 02 F4i
i would start with going to a professional and having them set you up the right suspension. they take you, your bike, your measurements, weight etc and all the factors of the bike and adjust your suspension . not to mention gettign the forks re done and you might want to look into getting a performance rear shock .

RE: More Aggressive 02 F4i
i'm with havoc...
the stock f4i can do well on the track and will be more than great for a new rider. however as you progress, you'll need to start swapping out the suspension components to ones that match your weight and style of riding (track).
start at the track first, then mod according, not the other way around.
my f4i is set up for the track and has a very aggressive positioning...but i rode it stock for over 3 years before making such adjustments.
