Default Low RPM stutter

I did a search on the stuttering or RPM fluctuation between 2k and 3k, I found a couple of different topics with very little incite. my 02 F4i has a problem with stuttering between 2k and 3k. I have checked the wiring and did a seafoam treatment however it still has the problem. I am looking for some good advice on fixing the problem.

My 05 does the same kinda stuttering. If I'm in first gear and going slow like creeping in kinda putters I guess. Not stallng out or anything and performance is fine. I figured it was normal. I have a KN and a slip on with no PC. But I think the F4i auto correct the tuning after you do an exhaust and filter. Doesn't bother me though. Only in parking lots.

I did not get a chance to look at the spark plugs, I will pull them this weekend. The sputtering happens when the bike is cold however it is worse when its warm.

I final got a chance to pull my spark plugs, they were fouled. Since the last owner POS had pulled the O2 sensor the plugs have not been changed in atleast 20k miles, they were bad.

I replaced the O2 sensor, clean the air filter, and changed the spark plugs = no more stutter.

Next stop PCIII

The power commander 3 did the trick, no more excess fuel. No more stuttering.
