Lifting my 4fi

I have a 2001 f4i, I just bought it this last January and the previous owner had it lowered. I was wondering if anyone could guide me on how to lift it back up. Thanks

well for starters-tweet up the monoshock and you'll have to be more specific on exactly how it has been lowered...

Buy a stock dog bone and install it. that will lift up the rear. the front you just loosen the 4 12 mm bolt on the upper triple tree and the 2 16mm bolts on the lower and raise u[p the front and tighten everything back up
