Default installed fan

I installed a new fan on the baby, WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$. Someone had suggested that I do a tutorial on it, however I am not articulate enough not to mention no camera. The hardest part was burpin the system, and knowin when it is enough. I got some good instruction from Tahoe.(per usual)It took about 3.5hrs to get it all back to normal, and I am very mechanically inclined. (that istotally back together, plastics too). I can only imagine what the dealer would have charged. Then today it rains.

hey mang! if it's raining you should take it all down and put it back again to see if you can beat your previous time!
make sure you test her out to make sure all bubbles are gone from the system.
just fire her up, let her idle (since you can't ride her right now) rev a few...up to around 170...then the tstat should open and temp should steady or drop a bit...then start to climb (shows tstat all good, no bubbles)...then...all the way up until the fan comes on. if it brings it down, you're good to go...if it keeps going up or it overheats, burp more...
