Default Indicator lights on cluster stay on

Sup Guys,

Think i may have an issue with the indicator lights on the cluster (the lights that tell you whether or not your inicators are on).

I recently purchased flush mount indicators (front), after taking the fairing off and taking the standard indicators off..i noticed the stock ones had 3 wires and the new ones only had 2.

After some trial and error i figured out if 2 are connected the lights dont stay on but they do flash, if they are connected in another order the lights stay on but dont flash...i connect 2 of them together so now they stay on and they flash like they should.

But now my cluster indicators stay on permantly.

Is this bad, or just a result of the new wireing.

Thanks

Its the wiring that you did.. if you put both power wires together weird things happen on the cluster...

go to radio shack, get the diodes and do this..
