Angry Im so frutrated---clutch problem.

Ok so im a brand new member and i am having a huge issue with my new clutch kit. I dissasembled everything, installed the new clutch in (EBC kit with new plates and friction disks) correctly with the first one, middle disks and the one last one going into the shallow grooves. I have taken this dang thing apart 4 times trying to figure out my issue. When the bike is in nuetral, everything is good, i shift to 1st and it wants to creep forward even when the clutch is in. Once im.in forst, i cannot shoft into nuetral any more. Im beyond frustrated and have no idea where i went wrong. I have searched for days trying to find an answer. The very last friction disk has been labeled as looking different in the guides that I could find online and it looks different on the disks I took out so i assumed any of them could go in last. I hope thats where I went wrong but with the EBC kit, there is no way to tell that I can see. Please help me before I go crazy.

Then it has to be the cable adjustment.

I've never had anyone actually suggest an EBC kit, for a decade now I've only heard people say OEM. So hopefully this isn't why.
