Or any number of other fuel issues, that why I asked if this popping was accompanied by a loss in mpg.

 

I have read mixed reviews on this mod and looking around I see why. I have found no less than 3 completely different layouts for how to do this mod. Which one are you talking about?

 

Pair mod was what I was going to say. I almost did this mod last week but figured my bike is running fine without it so I decided to let it be.

 

Thanks for all the info. I already have a pcIII on but it is on the low setting( it's on stock level) but I'll turn it up a level to see if anything changes.

I'm hoping i just need to change the setting level of the fuel with the pc.

 

Hey Ryan, here's a thought.....the fuel your riding on. Is it fuel from last season or have you gotten new fuel since? it could be bad gas.

 

no my gas is pretty fresh and still does the pop sound.......
