Default Idle too high when it's cold.

Gurus and mentos.
New here in this forum,
02 f4i,, when engine is cold my rpm reaches to 3500 rpm for about 1,1/2 minute and settle down to 1200 rpm.
3500 rpm 125 F'
2500 rpm 135 F'
1500 rpm 145 F'
1200 rpm 150 F'
Park for 2 hours and I start the bike again it raise to 3500 rpm untill temp show at little window at gage.
Is this a normal?? what do you think??

Normal, but only in COLD outside temps. blip the throttle a few times after 30 seconds and it usually calms down a bit faster.

How cold is it in June? Where you located?

Thanks, live in city of Fullerton so, california.
During day time Mid 70 F
In the morning usually mid 50F,

Cold motor start will always have higher RPMs, to warm up the motor. Perfectly normal.
