Did you ever figure out your issue? My 06 CBR600RR is having the same issue. Ran like a top, parked it. Next day, start it and it idled like ****, stalls, RPM.s cannot be raised and it bogs. Found the idle adjustment cable was broken, so i ordered one, waiting on it to come in.
