Default Clutch cable adjustment

Hey guys this is my first post so maybe its already answered somewhere but I own an '89 CBR 600F that I just replaced a cracked crankcase cover on.
When I got the thing all back together the clutch was dragging, but maybe that is normal without cable adjustment? I used a new gasket with silicone and put fresh 10W-40 synblend in.
I have been playing with the cable perch and the adjustment down by the case because it will shift fine for a couple minutes and then get loosen up but they are both adjusted nearly all the way out and so I am not sure what to think. I'm new to motorcycles so just want to know what you all think. thanks

No worries. Welcome to the forum!

But in the future if you need to delete a post, just hit "edit" and you should see a delete option. May have to 'go advanced' first. Just play around with it...you won't hurt anything.
