so it looks like we both joined the family at the same time.
i went and got mine saturday, it was about 2 hours away.


and yea when my step dad saw the lights he said well that head lights out. haha
and then when we brought it home my mom said the same thing lol.
but yea im stoked man i already got out on mine twice
(although i have no lisense plate yet) so i just rode it to the nearby highschool parking lot and practiced with it to get more comfortable on it. i mainly worked on downshifting and stuff. (this is my first bike) well my first since i had a 80cc dirtbike whne i was like 12 but i only rode it a few times.

but yea thats awesome glad were both part of the family good luck with it

 

Way to go guys. Matt, I know how you must feel. I'm jonesing to ride mine too here in Oregon. Welcome newbies.

wish icould say the same... we just got like 2-3 inches of snowlast night... and even without the snow it is FREEZING... but thats indianai guess... it got up to like 56degrees 4 days ago... haha

 

Nice bike bro, i have the same color scheme but mine is an 01'. I also spent 700 more then you did without a nice high mount, oh and the left fairing was rashed to hell, and I have a small oil leak. Sigh... should have waited til winter time to buy.You got a great deal on that IMO.
