Default how to lower a cbr

is it posible to make sit lower with out a kit.

You too short or what? Because if that is the case you could also just shave an inch off the seat and that should help out a little but besides that you would need to get lowering links.

Here, the lowering link from this place is awesome. I've had no problems. The best part is that you can FULLY adjust this link.

I'm only 5'2" and I only have to drop 1 1/2" and I do just fine. As far as shaving the seat. I haven't had to do that just yet but I know that I can if I still want to be lower on the bike. Just remember that when you are lowering the bike that everything changes.

I lowered mine and then raised it back up. You have to cut your kickstand and it changes everything from cornering to handling. If you want a lowering link, I will sell you mine. I got the adjustable one from soupys. Now it sits in a box in my garage.

I just dont see the point in lowering a bike thats why I asked why? Ya it can def affect handling. Whats next hydrolics haha

dude my bike is lowered and if effing sucks. I feel every single bump on the rode its just not a fund situation at all. I stand at stop lights, mind you im only around 5'5.
