Default Black gas cap

Check it out. I used Dupli Color acyrlic laquer. Its very durable and scratch resistant. It will stick forever as long as you scuff the surface up really well and get all the wax and grease off of what your painting.

I used a red 3m scotch brite pad. Dont use one that you would use in your kitchen it will make the paint fish eye really bad. 400 Grit sandpaper would also work. Just make sure there arent any shiny surfaces before you paint. I went ahead and painted the rear brackets that hold the foot pegs for passengers and the heel guards. Im going to put those back on tomorrow. I think I spent 5-10 dollars. I bought the stuff a while back

I'm very interested in seeing how it holds up on your foot pegs and heel guards. Keep us posted!
