Straight from a Honda service manual:

Fully charged: 13.0 - 13.2V
Needs Charging: Below 12.3V

what is the volts of the battery 1.5 or 9 please let me know that way I can put it on the right one on my multimeter

Are you talking about a batter for the multimeter itself? If so, just read the packaging, lol.

My battery showed a 12.47 is that good......and I dont even charge my battery I need to be charging it soon though
because I am running some HID light kit on my F4I

correct, however, you can be showing as fully charged and your battery can stillbe useless.

get your battery a load test and check back.

in order to do what flyou is saying, you need to take the battery out of the bike and take it to an auto parts store..like advance auto..or anywhere else that tests batteries.

btw...the dial on the multi meter, those values are the MAX it can read at that setting...so if its at 9, it wont read over 9, if its at 20, it wont read over 20..etc...it gets confusing when you get into 1000, 2000 etc cause it shifts the decimal place and it can throw you off if you dont know what your looking for.
