Default HELP! New pipe conundrum.

ok.. so heres the problem.

i have this.

the other day, i purchased this for it.

so i think i got a pretty decent price on it, but as you can see, it has no midpipe.

is there any way to put this on my bike as it is without it looking like hammered hell? or is there anywhere i can buy a midpipe or some sort of bracket to mount this thing? id really like to use it if at all possible, unless i have to drop a ****ton to get it on there.

and how much is it worth since its just the canister? its in decent shape, its got a couple little dings and the tip is scraped. i think i got a good deal, but lets hear what you guys think its worth.

anyway, thanks ahead of time.

Looks like a dinged up grinded down old stunt bike pipe. if ya payed more than $20 for it u got ripped no offense. a midpipe costs $100+ from a dealer. and thats a stock one.

no offense but if u have that minty piece right there, why would u put a beat up pipe on it? spend the money and get a pipe off ebay or something thats minty with all the goodies!!!

basically.. id put it on for the name and the sound. as for the dings, eh, my bike is far from perfect anyway. i could care less right now about it looking great until i can afford new fairings. Hell, worse comes to worse i cut it down into a shorty.

so i cant just buysome sort of fitting to put it on there?

haha.. thanks.. mine is a far good. Good from far but far from good. A couple of the fairings are fine, (front, left side, front fender) but the right side andtail both have some rash i need to fill and repaint this winter. Yeah, the white wheels are a pain, they were that color when i bought it, and i was gonna paint em black to match, but was too lazy to take my wheels off. Ill have em coated when i buy new tires.

its coming along, im tryin to do a little at a time, cause im broke. lol..

eventually i want to go with the 03 black/white fairings and an akrapovic full exhaust, but my bank account is gonna have to find some miracle grow first.

I have a friend who had the same problem, take your bike and the muffler to a muffler shop and have them custom bend you a midpipe. It should be about 20 bucks to have done. Your not screwed at all.
