Default Help - need to remove rear wheel

2002 F4i.
I got new tires and tried to remove the rear wheel yesterday.
My axle nut wont budge.
Sprayed both sides with WD40 this morning and will try again this evening when I get home.
Wondering if there is only the axle nuts to remove or is there any other locking mechanism on it? I dont see any cotter pins or anything.
Anything else that I should try apart from using a longer wrench and more force?

you just have to remove that 27mm nut on the axle (think its 27mm) and then push the axle through.... it's on there tight so yeah, may need a larger wrench

Breaker bar and a 27mm in the right. And you might want to get a friend to sit on the bike and hold the brakes with the bike in neutral if its really bad. Otherwise you'll be fighting the tranny which could cause damage.

Put a metal pole over the ratchet handle to get more leverage.

Thanks for offering skoobydoobie, appreciate it.
I got a blade in my rear tire 2 weeks back while I was riding, lost all air immediately and the cut in the tire is very near to the sidewall and is about an inch long!

Had to get the bike towed home, so unfortunately cant ride until I take the wheel off and get the tire replaced.
