sub harness #7 is 50 bucks from bike bandit. That should be all you need to get back to stock.
This should do it - cheers!

No problem, I know well enough that electrical issues can be a huge PITA.

Bud, are you using the wiring diagram? Some of the wording is a little confusing. But if the stock wiring is still there then you should be able to follow those and see where they go. Hard to know without wiring colors or if its even stock wiring. But sounds like you got it sorted basically.

so I got into everything and actually had both lights working!

however, as soon as I started to pickup the headlight to mount it back into the bike the high beam went out and the switch stopped working...any ideas? is there a high beam fuse? There seems to be some sort of relay underneath the BAS sensor that was clicking when i switched the highbeam when it was working and I dont seem to be hearing that anymore...ideas?

not sure what happened but i just tried checking all of my fuses and re-crimping all my wires and she came back to life. Must have been a loose connection

thanks for the help guys! wiring diagram was a huge help - everything i saw before was only black and white

Just as i figured at my first post. Had to be the bas(tipping sensor) or loose wire connection. make sure the bas stays straight up because anytype of wrong angles will cut your bike power. I am glad you found your answer and like i said you probably would find it before i had the chance to get back to the thread. If i was back in the states i wouldnt have had a big problem trying to get you the answer.
