Default got a problem 01 f4i

i was riding the bike the other day any the bike started running funny and the fi light and everything was flickering then the bike just stoped and then wouldn't crank over the battery was dead. has this ever happen with any one else please help this is my only transportion

The first thing to start out with trying is a new battery. That will more than likely solve it.

A dead battery wouldn't affect the bike once its running. You could actually have a problem with your headlamp. Pull the fuse from the headlamp and see if the bike runs (it happened to a guy I know). Electrical problems are hard to troubleshoot sometimes. Have you tried jump starting it?

Check your battery cable. Mine did that and I tightened it and no problems since.
