Well are you trying to run it headlightless or with an aftermarket headlight? Two different riggings lol

BTW if the problem was there and now the fuel pump prime again.. than it probably mean electrical problem... i would take appart all the connector so check for rust/moisture... I had this kind of problem on my second bike !

Ok and yea, I checked the whole wiring harness over and tried to clean up everything.

And as far as which one I want to run, for now I'd rathter just run the bike headlight-less. Just here and there, nothing serious. I eventually plan on putting on another Acerbid LED Vision headlight. I used one on my R6 and loved it. Got lots of compliments on it. This bike will most likely be streetfightered in appearance.

Well to run headlightless, I just attached most of the green wires up front directly to ground and it worked (have a good supply of 10 A fuses handy when you're tinkering). Do this at your own risk, I don't particularly advocate it and a ton of electrical things don't work on my bike right now (front turn signals, high beams..) but my bike will currently run without power to the headlights (in fact, for some reason turning on the turn signals turns off the headlight). I also have the high beam ran through the regular wiring and my low beams are controlled along with my LEDs, independent of the key.

Time to bring this issue back up... Can anyone tell me how to rewire my bike with having the headlight harness connected to the main harness. the reason I couldn't find my BAS sensor before is because the previous owner had already removed it, but in doing so had crossed and spliced and removed all kinds of wires in the headlight harness. After remOving the non Oem wiring I've found my headlight harness to be irreparable. I want to just run it without any of it as a stunt bike. Can anyone help?

On your headlight wiring harness plug, jump the Red/white outside wire and the green wire together. This should let you start it right up. (they are across from each other on both ends of the harness)

I don't run the factory headlight harness either, I just have one 2 1/2 inch round 55w light and that's it. It's not that hard to mod the harness, If you run across any more question's feel free to pm me and I can help you with anything you need.

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured that would be a viable option but when I jumped the two together off the wiring harness the bike would activate the relay bit the pump still wouldn't prime; any ideas as to why? The headlight harness was completely u hooked and I jumped the red/white with the green but no fuel pump prime.

LoL, don't worry it happens. Glad you got it going again. If you look at my pic's you can see why I ditched the factory headlight harness, I have race fairings. I prefer the cleaner sleek look over the factory look. I never liked the F4i headlight, but that's just my opinion. If ya need anymore help pm me as I don't really check the F4i section that much.
