Default front tire

ok so from what i know about directional tires and high performance rims they both have directions. i have a 05 F4i and just got my tire changed. i have a good feeling the guy mounted the tire on my rim incorrectly. the tire arrow points one way and the rim looks like it should go the other. are our rims directional? if so im gunna be a little upset.

You should be able to tell by the rotors. I think?

Depending on the tire maker. The tread PATTERN sometimes does not go the same way front to rear..

When my dunlops qualifiers were put on the arrows are going the same way but the TREAD pattern does not..

the disc rotors are on both sides. im just wondering cause if the rim doesnt have a direction then im fine but i remember there were some car rims that had a direction and they looked somewhat like what we have.

there michellin pilot powers and there is an arrow on the tire so that should go towards the front correct? im just wondering about the rim. if it has a direction or not.

Really? Yeah your right, I just checked mine and there is rotors on both sides... pheeew!!!

Look at your rotors, there are directional arrows on the rotors. This might help you determine whether or not the tire is not on the rim correctly.

Good luck!

The f4i wheels have a directional arrow on the spokes. This should be pretty obvious if you look.

It happens, I had it done to me once and heard of it happening to others....sometimes the tread pattern throws them off, sometimes, they just get it turned around.
