FI light 19 flashes, Ignition Pulse Sensor, can anyone help

FI light 19 flashes, Ignition Pulse Sensor, can anyone help
Is this a problem that can be fixed, or take it to a shop, were would I find this sensor at, are there any test I can do.Thank you

pulse generator is on the right side of the engine, in the side cover. the lead goes up under the seat.
to test: check for continuity on the sensor side (disconnected) should be none. the crank the engine to see if it generates .7v across the sensor.
if thats all good, check continuity in the harness to the ecm.
