+1, im goin with oil pressure is just barely under the min. to put the light on and bouncing just high enough to turn it off. you may or may not have a bad issue going on, i wouldnt be riding it until its pinpointed
Oil level is fine already checked that. This is my everyday workhorse so i cant have it off the road. Its been doing it since july just havent got round to posting on here tbh. Its gone through a winter so cant be anything that serious? Just annoying me now
Between 1000 - 1200.
Had a quick look earlier and it looks as if im leaking a bit of oil from around the first cylinder. It looks like its coming from the side but between the top cover and the engine. Theres a black rubbery thing here (is that a gasket) sorry im not a mechanic. Does that make any sense to you?

Yes thats your valve cover gasket, however a leak there will not cause low oil pressure as the valve cover is vented into the airbox anyways. Check your connections on your OPSU (Oil Pressure Sending Unit). If the connection is good Odds are your oil pump is getting worn, or the oil pump chain is stretched (very unlikely).
I know you probably dont want to do this, but you should seriously think about switching to a conventional oil rather than synthetic. It will help your oil pressure problem.

Once you switch to synthetic you cant go back to conventional.
