k so i just bought an 01 f4i with 12,000 miles now the battery was dead, got abran new battery let it charge and everything and it still wouldnt start, tore the fuel system apart and it was getting plenty of fuel so i checked the plugs and they werent getting much spark, would that be a stator problem?wires? or just needs new plugs? im getting frustarted someone help please

 

you need to check the coils with a multi-meter. the plugs do need replacing so just order a set anyway.

 

just had the same problem with my 05 f4i. its probably just your plugs, i would check that first. good luck
