Default f4i odometer correction

i layed down my bike a while back and im finally getting it back together. When i crashed it it had 4,5xx miles on it. If i buy a new cluster, assuming i can find one, it will have 0 miles on it and all of the used ones i find have 14000 or more. My question is can i somehow have it matched up to actual miles on bike somehow?

Highly doubt you will find a NEW cluster. Just keep searching ebay to find one with similar miles to what you have. I just saw one a few weeks ago that had 4000 miles.

They're a few places where you can send out your cluster to be re-programed with the correct mileage. But it's much easier just to find one on ebay/craigslist.

You can get one brand new from http://www.servicehonda.com. Price runs $400 for just the speedo / gauges or $469 for the gauges + case

What part of your speedo is Broke?
If it is just the housing then you can replace that with a new/used one and keep your system.
Or just replace what is Broke.
Mine had the lence broke and i replaced that from one that had the read out screen broke on it.
I took a look at the main board and it dont look to hard to replace most the parts on it If your any good with a soldering iron.

^I think he means the board/brains. I just need to replace the rear case on mine. No temp gauge or shift lift, but I know how my bike works. :P

Not to jack, but will the fan still work? I mean, the LED's even light up on the temp gauge, just cracked the screen so there's no numbers.

If the main board is not broke or cracked you can replace the peaces on it as I said

the main board is where all the memory is and if you can just replace the read out display then your readouts well remain in tacked.
