Hi, just wondering how did u fix the high idle issue? I sync throttle bodies last nite and this morning the idle stays above 2k after awhile. It might be vacuum leak I haven't open it up again as I'm at work now

i had to start all over. i backed the three nuts almost all the way out, and did little adjustments to get it as close as i could. i was able to sync 1 and 4 together and 2 and 3 together, but am unable to get all 4 perfect. the bike runs get just have a little back fire when decelerating and downshifting hard

I tightened all the vacuum hose last nite, but it still give me erratic idle right after 80C / 175F.

After researching, I found out thats the temp where thermostat opens. And I realised that I sync my throttle bodies at cold temp (below 175). Will try to sync at operating temp this weekend, hope that will solve the prob.

BTW, ars1986, I also had same problem like yours when adjusting the screws. 3&4 would match, but too high for 1&2.
What I did is I lowered 4, then slowly 1&2 went up. After that I lowered 3, 1&2 went up too. You might want to try that
