F4i charge battery help

Default F4i charge battery help

i was wondering how to remove the front seat on a 2001 f4i. I just got the bike and the battery is dead. i got a trickle charger. I also need help on where to connect the trickle charger and to use 6v or 12v and also where to connect the cables. Thank you

Pull back the foam near the back of the seat and you will see two bolts. Remove them and your seat will then come off. Move the box under the seat to the side and there will be a cover...lift up the cover and there you will find the battery. Really easy to do...good luck

Pos to Pos and Neg to Neg.
