Default Can someone PLEASE check.....

I was hoping if someone could measure the distance from the ground to the seat (where it touches the tank)? I bought my F4i last year and I think they lowered it. When I measured it it was 29 3/4" and I have found that the seat height should be 31.7" Also, could you please measure the dog bone linkage. I believe this is what is changed to lower the bike. I appreciate anyone's and everyone's help on this.

Well it was pretty dark and cold outside so i could not get the dogbone linkage measured but from the ground to the seat it is around 31 inces.
Hope that helps you out a little bit.

a good clue on if your bike has been lowered is the dog bone ur right.. many companies stamp their brand name on it so thats a dead give away.. also many are adjustable so they have multiple holes in them...a picture of ur dog bone would help a lot if ur still unsure..

Thanx for the quick responses! Silverstone I will get a pic asap, I have seen the aftermarket lowering DG's and mine is only one hole.

So I measured mine and it is 4" inches/10cm center to center. Again if someone could quickly measure theirs that would be great!

Wow, no one other than Ryder and Silverstone can help out a fellow rider? This will only take 30 seconds and 1 min. to reply. Please someone measure for me!

... Ryder already confirmed that you were riding approximately 2" lower. What more do you want?
