Default F4I brake mod

So, Earler today i decided to put my bike on the lift to clean it up, and get it cleaned up for Monday when i get my pearly white fairings. Going threw the parts i took off that aren't going to get painted, i saw a random brake clapper that was given to me. The guy didn't know what it was, but said he thought it came off a gsxr. So I held it next to my bike, and it was a direct bolt up. So im doing this mod. 6 piston braking power with direct bolt up. Heres what she looks like so far.

What my new braking system will include. Brembo r1 master (or regular r1 master, still deciding), braided steel brake lines. and 01-02 gsxr1000 front brake clappers.

Unfortunatley just because it has 3 pistons vs the stock 2 doesn't mean it will be any better. The 2 stock pistons are much bigger then the pistons on the gixxer calipers. Good luck.

how are clearances with the wheels and the rotor?
Looks great btw. Hope it works fine.
Do you have to change the master cylinder?

The mod has yet to be finished as i do not have the other side. but everything lines up PERFECT. direct bolt on. Though the 6 pistons not 3 (6 per caliper) are smaller it uses a larder brake pad which covers more of the disk. I will not know if switching the master is needed as i already have a 99 r1 master on it, with steel lines. I maybe doing an even better upgrade for my master though as i may put a 2010 r1 brembo radial master on.

But as far as it all sits, looks as if the 6 pistion will be a huge upgrade to what i already have, and what i already have is crazy enough. Let my friend borrow it while i worked on his zx636, he sends a message saying he grabed to much brake and almost went *** over head.

Also, smaller pistons means more braking with less fluid displacement.

You know you could just switch the front end for a 2001 R1 with 954 yokes and much better feel to bike
