Hi all,

I have a 2002 honda cbr f4i with a Micronhigh mount faded yellow scorched exhaust. I have to take the bike to be inspected soon. Will i fail since i have an aftermarket exhaust everything else on it is legit and a fender eliminator kit. Will i pass or fail guys help me out??

 

where do you live? do you have to pass inspection or just emissions? i just passed emissions just fine with my aftermarket exhaust

 

i have a aftermarket exhaust, undertail, i passed just fine. i guess it all depends on where you live and who does it.

 

I have never had a problem with an after market exhaust passing inspection but you never know. I am guessing some states are more agressive than others. California probably being one of them. Most states, bikes don't have to pass emmissions testing.

 

new jersey i know alot of people who dont even go and get their bikes inspected they just ride with reg, insurance, plates, and a liscense. Any advice on inspection in NJ?

 

It takes 3 minutes to take off the exhaust and put the stock back on if you have it, do that for the inspection if the stocker is still available.
