I hope I found out where the problem was.

I believe it is something related to the MAP sensor or the hose itself connected to the map sensor. It appeared that the MAP sensor was loose and not attached with a screw as the hole for the screw was damaged and the sensor was loose.

That shouldn't have anything to do with the headlights. Map sensor reads via the vaccum hose attached to it, if the vaccum hose was still attached it was working properly.
