so today, i winterized my bike and put it away, when i was taking out my battery, I noticed a connection that wasnt hooked to anything. It had a few green wires running into it.....I dont know what it is, is there an extra connection in there that isnt hooked to anything, or did i accidentally unhook something taking out my battery???

 

anyone??.....i should mention its right above the battery where i noticed it.....

 

That's the diagnostic test connector. When your FI light is on or you're having problems, you jump that connector (it is a 2 pin, right) and it'll flash the codes stored in the CDI box
