Default ECU Repairable?

i have 2 bad ecu's that i was gona throw out and wondered if they are worth saving bc they can be repaired. If so where and is it cost effective versus getting another used one. One starts but dies and the other is a no start.

In my years working at honda I never once had a bad ECU and you somehow have 2? I doubt they are repairable.

I have one that stopped sending the tact/fuel reserve signal. I wonder if I can fix that too and sell it.
