Default Doesn't want to start

Hey guys, pretty new here but finding lots of good info. I am in the process of repairing my '01 CBR600 F4I that my son crashed on the Cherohala Skyway this past fall. I had spent most of the day installing new fairings and decided to give it a shakedownride but it didn't want to start.
It had started earlier in the dayjust fine after I hadre-connectedthe upper cowling harness. When attempting to startit makes arapid clicking sound, coming from the vicinity of the fuel injection module. It seems like the fuel injection system makes the same noise as it always did when turning the ignition to on. Has anyone seen this problem or any idea where to look? Is it still possible to push start to get it to the dealership? Any thoughts on the starter being bad and if so, how can I test this? Thanks in advance and enjoy the spring riding season.

Default False Alarm

About an hour agoI tried to start the bike and it fired right up, maybe the high speed de-modulator control assembly needed to re-boot, who knows, but I'm happy that it is running again.

Cool, Bob. I had to remove all the fairings after a spill, and when I put it back together I had some trouble with the "tip sensor" which is in the front fairing. Glad you are up and running.
