i would say do -1 in front i love mine i can still accel hard in first unless above 6k then the front will come up. my friends 02 r6 is -1/+2 and we did a pull from 60 to 150 2 nights ago started in 3rd both he out pulled me in 3rd hust because he got to his powerbad first but never pulled past a bike and a 1/4 on me. then about 140 i started pulling back on him so yes with a -1/+2 you will run out faster but you will also get to your mph faster. all that really matters is how you want the bike to act and since you dont want the front to come up real easy just do -1 on the front and you will do just fine.

When i bought my bike, the previous owner said the front was -1, but im not sure. The speedo is off like 6mph at 40 and like 10mph at 70, reading its going faster than it really is, does that sound right?

goose, shift down a gear, and hold out first a lil longer and it will feel the same as if you have sprockets. changing the sprockets changes the ratios a lil more than this but it kinda feels like instead of 1,2,3,4,5,6 gears u have -1,1,2,3,4,5 something lower than first, then first, and no 6th
