I appreciate an educated shopper but as an educated shopper you should know that NADA average retail is private party, not dealer list. It is also a guide line for you the consumer on a national average. As I'm sure you've noticed, in Arizona bikes tend to sell for $500-1000 more than NADA because its always riding season here. Bikes are in general, not beat up by the elements(rain and snow). This bike is Showroom condition/like new and dealer certified. With that being said here is the break down of the price I gave you.

At $5200, Ororo would be gone and 2009 Honda CBR 600 RR would be in the driveway

When someone offers a ludicrous deal

1. Make sure its real
2. Run... don't walk, to the bank.

The chances of someone overpaying that amount again are usually once in a lifetime. And CL is always changing inventory

 

I agree with everyone else who says sell the F4i if you can get $4k for it. Walk away from the 08 at the dealer, I'd say the $7200 is pretty decent if you were buying it private party, but the extra $$$ in taxes and dealer fees break the deal. You might have to go bikeless for a short while, but like the dealer guy said, it's almost always riding season near you. You'll find a good deal somewhere else and be riding in no time.

Well don't forget to check CL along bus routes. For $50 I can get all the way to Boston and ride back (if I'm positive the bike is safe to make that trip).

 

don't be depressed about selling your bike, now you've got a chance to get another newer one. Also you could just replace it with another of the same kind for cheap money. If you are really upset I'll sell you my 02 with 18k on it for $4000
