You burnt your leg on the factory pipe? Did you do it while riding or mounting/dismounting the bike?

Well, it would be ALOT easier to pump the gas from the left side of the bike then it would be to try and re-route the exhaust. Due to the configuration of the F4i, I'd think you would have to completely convert the bike into a RR type config.

Wear jeans when you ride and you won't burn yourself like that.

A second benefit is that you won't look like a squid. :-)

dumbass. how the hell did you manage that? im a clumsy mother farter, man, and i haven't burnt myself like that. and i sit on the bike when pumping gas so i can fit more in than when it's on the kickstand. most of you prolly do this, but i figured i might mention it.

First, c'mon guys -- where's the love for our newbie? Welcome to the board dude! As a rule there is no name calling on CBRForum ...

Second, there are undertail exhausts out there for the F4i -- not sure how much you want to spend though.

Last, please tell me that you weren't riding in shorts -- that'd be a very dangerous behaviour. I've got some mesh pants that are armored and comfortable. Just wish they came in something other than black -- still get hot on a sunny day.
