Am I the only one that can't get past logging into the support page to open a ticket?

On a separate note, I installed mine on my F2 last night, and the headlight blinks on, and then turns off. I've just put a call into their tech support about it, and waiting on a callback at the moment. I'll keep you updated on how this gets handled.

Update for you guys, DDM called me back after a couple of hours, and their tech guy walked me through some troubleshooting. He determined there's something wrong with the ballast and sent me a RMA# and shipping tag to get it back to them for a replacement, since I didn't have another ballast to swap in for testing.

Today, a buddy realized he had a spare ballast laying around and I verified the rest of my install was fine, everything works w/ his ballast - unfortunately it won't fit where I need it to, so I'm back on my stock halogen for the time being.

Update on the backorder of the h7 6k 35w kits. They do have them in stock now. I just got a confirmation that my order was filled on 7-26 and will be at my door 7-30. I know it was said they should of been in last friday by heyitsmelam, but just wanted to confirm they are in and are shipping them now.

Here's a couple pics. Just a close up, and then one from a little ways back. This is the h7 6k 35w kit. I think it took about 45 minutes to take the windscreen and air duct covers off and route everything and put it back together.

i was looking at Sick97SS' instructions and I think there's another way of doing it. A little different, but same result. I'll do a write-up tomorrow.
