clutch replacement

Yes to downshifting, not really that much of a hooligan as far as wheelies and burnouts. Bike was my daily rider, in traffic and in the canyons for3 yrs. Has about a dozen trackdays, until this year track duty was split between the F4i and a gixxer 750. Maybe I was guilty of not pulling the lever all the way in at stoplights, though my old Bandit had good clutch left when I sold it at 26k. Dunno, I think I'll just buy a kit, take the cover off, and replace whatever needs it, better now than at the track wasting laptime trying to fix it.

I think you can find HRC springs that are stiffer...I saw them on Ebay once fron a seller in Austrailia
