Quick question guys, I'm kinda hing up on the routing of cables up front.

Does the clutch cable go the outside or inside of the right fork?

And, the throttle cables go over the brake lever and brakes lines right?

inside, yes, yes.
my throttle cable is going under the brake lines though because i replaced it with 2 and they move up better that way.
when the brake lines are fixed to the lower tripple sure go above/around them because the brake line doesnt move at that point.
the picture is dead on.
here is a run down, the clutch cable runs behind the ignition and will be in your speedometer's face.
the metal part of the throttle cable, if it points up or down. no.. just no.. and brake lines we've covered.
