Default clicking sound at 3K rpm.

First off i really dont think its the CCT because i had a APE CCT installed about 3K miles ago. it kinda sounds like the fan thats located behind the radiator, but the fan barely turns on. so i have pretty much ruled that out. is it possible that the CCT may need to be tightened? thanks for the help

yo mang...yea the cctl can back out on you if you're not careful mang...
as far as your fan...you know...it still turns when you're going cause the air makes it turn, it's just not on.
