Default clicking sound from fan

The other day i was riding home from my buddies house and it started to rain pretty hard on me, i go to pull the bike in the garage and turn it off. I dont notice anything till the next day cause i took it around the neighborhood, well when i got back my bike was at about 227 and the fan kicked on. i turn off the ignition but leave the fan going. The fan was making a light clicking sound, any ideas on what could be the problem?

Debris in the fan? Maybe a leaf, or pine needles, or a bug? They are pretty simple in design, not a lot to them. Just a plastic fan in a plastic housing with a little electric motor that's kicked on by your thermo.

Only if the motor itself is going bad.

Might want to send a blast of air or water in there to try to clear it out.
