RE: clicking sound
mine was always in gear, at very low rpms... noticed it when looking for a place to park in the complex... 2nd gear, low RPMs use to equal = click click click click...
i was told by the dealer**** its nothing to worry about, but they never told me what it actually was. which in of itself makes me worry.

RE: clicking sound
My bike also makes clicking noises but not until about 4000rpm. It usually goes away when I get it to high speeds or high rpms. I figure it is either the fan behind my radiator or the chain. The chain would have to be being really loud though for me to hear it through my helmet at 4000 rpms. It hasn't seemed to cause me any problems other than just clicking.

Mine is most prevalent around 5K RPM's. in any gear, even neutral.....its bugging me, but i guess its normal? Time to research on CCT i guess. I dont even know what that stands for at this point...Google here i come!
