Chain/Sprocket Kit

Chain/Sprocket Kit
i know there is a previous post about this, but i used search and couldnt find it
im lookin for a kit that has the -1/+2 sprockets. and i would like to get the kit that also comes with the chain
on ebay the RK Quick Acceleration kit is the closest i can find, but it comes with just one tooth dropped in front, and stock in back
also, is the RK one better than the vortex? or is it just personal preference?

RE: Chain/Sprocket Kit
Yeah I'm not sure if they sell vortex or not at SC.com. Personally, I've never had a problem with the generic sprockets. They seem to do the job just fine for me, but then again, i ride like an old lady. I've put 5000 miles on my D&D chain and have only adjusted it once... my a hare.

RE: Chain/Sprocket Kit
Why is your heart set on a Vortex Sprocket? Please don't say it's because of looks.
If you want to get your money's worth, I'd recommend an AFAM aluminum sprocket or a JT steel sprocket. Steel will last longer than aluminum. and a 525 will last longer than a 520. I know pretty much everybody "upgrades" to a 520, but it's such a negligible difference, you won't notice it.
DID all the way. best chain in the world. the plain steel version is just as strong as the ERV2 or whatever their fancy top of the line gold chain is. the only difference is the gold chain won't rust.
