Default Chain Sprocket

I bought this bike a month back and have put about 100-1500 miles on it. It has 8100 miles on it right now. I just got new tires mounted and the guy pointed out that the rear vortex sprocket is starting to wear out. He also said the chain is a 520 conv. He recommended that i buy a steel rear sprocket and go back to 525 chain. Any body know where i can find steel sprocket i looked online but cant find any and should i change back to 525 since im not looking to race or anything. I was thinking about go -1/+1. Most kits have a aluminum sprocket.

well do you want more power? you might make maybe 1 hp with the 520 kit but always think when it comes to rotating mass loosing 1lb. is way better then loosing 1lb of weight on you or the bike. just think of it as doing underdrive pulley on your car it just helps rev just a little faster.
