Default CCTL, CCT, cam chain guide

Hi all,
I had my F4i for about a year, recently the CCTL/CCT noise re-appeared and it rattles all over again(3k, 5.5k rev)
I had replaced it once before with OEM one(and once before that by the previous owner); took it out few days ago, soaked it in oil and re installed it(the tensioner work as good as new, springs got good tension), it went on working for about 200miles and now the noise came back

I have read a lot about manual cam chain tensioner, matter of fact i got one on my heavily modded DRZ which suffer similarly

Just wondering if the cam chain tensioner is the problem or if the cam chain guide is worn then where and which part should i look at to start off with?
Thanks

Its just the lifter not the guide. Either be ok with replacing every 20-30k miles with original or else get the manual one.

do you have to adjust the manual one at all or is it put it in, adjust it and be done? need to replace mine but cant decide on manual or OEM.
