Temp jumpng around NEED HELP

Unhappy Temp jumpng around NEED HELP

hey guys i have a 01 f4i with 12k on it and it has an odd issue when im in traffic or at a red light my temp begins to rise but it jumps around drastically by 10 degrees it could be at 238 and go to 248 and it also goes to overheating temps but jumps back down instantly. although the bike reads that its overheating. the bike doesnt show any signs it doesnt leak antifreeze nor smoke it rides normal idk if its either the sensor the t-stat or the cluster PLEASE HELP

Also, how is your coolant level and life? Mainly the fan though...

Question

i know my fan turns on because when i kill the switch i hear the fan spinning and i would have to check my coolant level but i was planning on doing a radiator flush i heard someone had the same issue and they tried everything they changed the sensor the twhermostat and even the cluster and nothing he happened to change the fuel pump and all the problems went away. i wonder if ay of have heard of that solution ?
