Can't feel when I've switched gears on the left foot clutch

I come from a ninja 500 u heard a chunk and could feel ur clutch switch gears... do I need new clutch plates? Or is tranny going or can I adjust this?

Its called not having a garbage transmission. Smooth is better. If you want clunky then try to wear it out as quickly as possibly but I'm at 82,000 miles and still smooth so good luck haha
