Default Can front wheel spacers/collars be switched around?

I'm going to get a new front tire mounted because the previous owner had the wheel installed backwards (i.e. it was rotating the wrong way).

So basically my wheel and rotors and tire (which all have directional arrows) were rotating the wrong way. My question is, can I just flip the spacers on each side and re-install the wheel? They look like they'll fit, and I think that's what they probably did wrong in the first place...

Yeah, you should be able to just put them where they should have been. Just double check everything when you're putting it together to make sure you have the spacers on the correct side and the discs and tire are rotating the right way.

OK just got the new tires mounted, did the spacer switch and went for a test ride, everything was fine. Thanks!

You probably got it figured out, but the smaller one goes on left/side were the axle goes in(as if your were sitting on the bike) and the larger on the right/side with the axle bolt.
